Dare I say this was the perfect TR podcast? Great balance between practical and professorial conversation, and a little bit for everyone; tactics, diet, science, personal experience etc. Btw Ivy is a really great addition to the team, comes off as very genuine with a lot of practical experience to share. Love what you guys are doing 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great content, but can we level out everyone's volume? Jonathan is much louder than Nate and Ivy for me, constantly having to adjust up/down depending on who's talking.

Eating during is the key! I used to drain myself during training or long rides, then post workout there was not enough food for me to recover

Ian’s question is easy to relate to. My weekly group ride is at race pace half of the time and it is definitely a learning experience. I love getting faster and seeing my fitness improve. Keep up the good work on these Podcasts!

Dog walking question, are you serious? Walk the dogs, why are you even asking that?

Looking forward to the day when I don't freak out around a crowd of people whom I used to love being around. Thanks for keeping it real!
