if you've ever delt with someone with this type of problem - there is NOTHING you can do. Running its course almost guarantees death and doing anything is a bad allocation of resources.

Look at the difference made from countries who did legalized it. Less deaths less tax payers being spend believe it or not and eventually numbers drop who used. But like everything else there's money to be made from homelessness and addiction . Less fortunate die middle class get taxed and rich get richer.

Considering most of the heavy calls come from social assistance day welfare day maybe they need to stagger that and come up with a better payment plan legalizing it will not help look at Portland Seattle
