I recently purchased both the red flip and smart 3 by phone. They have a promotion on now of 70% off with no activation fee and free shipping. I got my phones in 2 days. I love both phones. It is true that they are easy to learn to use and they come with INSTRUCTION books. They have loud clear speakers and are a pleasure to use compared to other phones I have used. I recommend their use. I am an 80 year old first time smart phone user.

Bought this phone at Best Buy and it was DEEPLY discounted. We were out the door for $70 bucks. The extra $5 was waived. We're working through getting comfortable. I'm going to add Calendar and FB to the menu.

Good video. I have the jitterbug flip phone. It is very limited in Bluetooth and transferring photos from the phone to a PC or sending them to other people/devices via bluetooth. What's the scoop on this Smart4 model?

Can the "urgent response" be lowered to the bottom or hidden? Thinking about getting this for my grandparent. Their state of mind and heath is good, so this particular feature would definitely be patronizing. They simply want a easy to navigate phone.

I switched from a flip To the Smart 4 both Jitterbug. I called to start and was told all info would be moved over in about 30 mins. didn't happen. I cant even get started to use. I'm 82 and having a rough time getting anything to work. where do I get help ?
