I have a new Jitterbug. I can make and receive calls, see emails, etc. but when I try to set it up, it says Error 5 and to call a number to activate. I tried that, and the woman tried multiple times to activate it without success. She said we would have to mail back the phone and she would send an activated one. I can't be without a phone for medical reasons. Why can't they send an activated phone and a return address label and have be send back the faulty phone after getting an activated one. What to do?
