L-Citrulline (an amino acid) boosts nitric oxide production in the body. Nitric oxide helps your arteries relax and work better, which improves blood flow throughout your body.

Clogged arteries result from the build-up of a substance called plaque in the arterial walls. It is also medically referred to as arterial plaque. This plaque can reduce blood flow or even block it altogether.
Clogged arteries increase your risk of developing other health complications like a heart attack or stroke.

Shortness of breath
Sweating
Nausea
Chest pain or angina
Palpitations of the heart
Dizziness
Weakness

After a mild heart attack in 2001, my mother had stents put in and then Johns Hopkins in Baltimore invited her to participate in a study on L-Arginine for a period of a couple months. We never heard the results of the study so it's cool to see that perhaps she contributed to this recommendation for supplementation :) Thanks Doc!

Woohoo! I instinctively eat all these recommended foods...It's ultimately up to us to learn about what makes us tic. Thank you for all the information! I've seen a doctor once in 15 years and all he wanted to do was put me on serious anti-anxiety, hightly addictive meds. It's like they need to fill a pharma quota!...It was my food. I changed that, got back in the gym and everything changed.

I needed this! I had 2 A/ fib! My
Cardiologist told me I have clogged arteries! Yes I have been struggling with my ED for a while now! I did that high fat keto for years z! That could be my problem! I take nitrulline powder, which is a mixture of citrulline and arginine. Works well.

I have gastritis, and literally in pain, but I drank the aloe vera with lemon and honey and in minutes all pain went away, thank you, now I off to bed!

Thanks once more to Dr. Mandell. I love to eat all the veggies mentioned and I didn't know just how powerful they are. I only considered them to be low calorie and low glycemic. Now I will most definitely eat more of them more often. Lowering visceral fat is is my target. Getting rid of metabolic syndrome is my goal. God bless everyone especially Dr. Mandell.
