A16 will keep your ipad running at least for another 4-5 years

I am using iPad Air 4th generation since mid 2021, it has the same A14 chip as 10th Gen IPad along with Type C port. It still works like charm, getting all the updates in same date as my iPhone or any other apple device. I am using Apple intelligence in my M1 MacBook Air along with iPhone 16, so I don’t miss in my iPad. I did a factory reset recently as the newer update made it bit laggy, but after the reset it’s working as smoothly as a new one. I usually use my iPad for mostly entertainment purposes and bit of gaming not a heavy gamer.

I personally dont use the ipad 10th gen because i use an ipad pro, but i got gone for my sister and its fine. It has a decent enough screen, its powerful enough to cover most my sister’s tasks, and since i got her the 256gb variant, storage is fine for now.
