Seriously you earned a sub with the "statistics can lie" video.

You can stop engineering, but please don't stop making great videos.

I really didn't emerge as an engineer until I got my Master's in engineering. The masters program is where things really came together.

I graduated with an ME degree and today I tutor full time for a living. Never would've seen that coming! Gotta do what makes you happy.

Your company's loss was definitely our gain. Thanks for all of the videos.

See, this is how you tell a personal story without talking down on engineering as a whole profession (unlike other prominent engineering YouTubers). Love the videos man, keep up the great work, and best of luck in the future!

You should give us a timeline of your schooling and career life. We’ve only gotten snippets here and there.

All engineers have done tutoring at some point lol. After graduating I went full blast on tutoring, opened a company and still do it to this day. Major props to you following your passion. Engineers have the brains to do anything they set their minds to ☺️

"now you've heard both sides of thE story of people liking their job and hating theirs" shows a pic of engineered truth. HAHAHAHA

Although you are currently not working as an engineer, I respect your perspective. You give balanced perspective of the engineering career, while at the same time inspiring those who are interested in engineering. I am an engineer myself and I have been practicing for about 12 years. I have had jobs that I like and love. I have also had jobs that I hated. One thing for sure is that I love the engineering sciences, but I don't like the corporate side of the profession. I really wish that I could have the opportunity to go back to graduate school and get a master's and PHd. I would really love to teach. I used to tutor when I was in school. I even still solve problems in my textbooks as well as go back and relearn things that I learned back in school, but with more insight and an active learning approach.

This gives me a little hope. I majored in chemical engineering (I thought it would be much more math intensive than it was. I like the exotic maths, but all I got was the occasional integral). I applied for a ton of jobs, had a few interviews but didn't get a single offer. I was depressed for about a year trying to figure out how I felt about it with all the family pressure and everything. It's been 1.5 years since I graduated and I now have a retail job because I need money to go into math which is what I've always wanted to study.

What I hated about Engineering is the thought of waking up every morning for years and years 9-5 till death. So I followed my passion to go into healthcare, I really hate going to work every morning. I like a flexible shift, morning, evening, night, and some weekends off.

Your channel inspired to me to study engineering, really appreciate it. I’m a first year EE student, in one of top universities in Sweden. So far I’m having a blast, my first concern was having too many guys in my class. However, I barely think of it now as I get to meet other people studying other fields all the time.

You are why I look forward to notifications everyday...thank you for your work and we appreciate you...your videos have opened my eyes..I am now 100% sure which engineerig discipline I am going to pick after seeing your videos(mechanical engineering is my goal)..I really wasn't clear in which side to pick since I knew so less about these fields...but you changed all of that!
