What To Do When The Stock Market (S&P500) hits a limit down?

For those who have not been thru a limit down, the S&P is not allowed to move down more than 5% in the overnight which is 2819...there will be no trades LOWER than that until 9:30 am NY time..it can, however, come OFF limit down, and start trading again, higher

Apologies this webinar has no slides and is KIND OF all over the place. It was quite impromptu. There was 'mass hysteria' on TWTR and also a lot of incorrect pieces of intel being shared about the markets and future halts... and I wanted to clear that up and also give you my opinions, thoughts and perspectives from a seasoned trader.

Who wants to put some cash in the slot machine and pull the handle?? It was perfectly fine to buy at 28k why not 24.5?? It is a dip so why not dive in 100% with margin??
