Install the same battery pack with 21700 batteries in Greenworks and try again. You used old battery pack version with 18650 batteries. You must work with GreenWorks G24B4+ 24V battery pack. I see you use new generation battery 21700 in Milwaukee. This is not a fair competition.

I like the Bosch impact without the 1/2 square drive chuck. The 1/4 drive only is more compact and lighter.

Looks like this is the 1950 in /lb Greenworks and not the 2650 in/lb impact driver. It should be an even Steven match if you used the Greenworks
