FINALLY GOT THE FALLING PART!!!! #1: doesn’t matter what you mix in the flask, as long as you explode. #2: not sure if it helped or not, but I took all my armor and shield off. #3: just use a regular lighter weight sword. 4: count 3 horizontal pillars on the way down and strike at the third one. GOOD LUCK AND KEEP TRYING!! Took me 2 hours.

For anyone else doing the fall make sure to use the lever at least once so you don't have to do this again if you die and respawn at the grace site up top

I'm pretty sure that killing the lil guys in mohgwyn palace is 4x better. I just did a quick test on it

In 7 minutes I gained exactly 1 006 476 runes, having this in mind we can determine with a quick math calculation that, every 60 minutes (or 1 hour) we would gain 8 626 962 runes.

Following the same logic, if every hour we gain 8 626 962, we can determine that ever 24 hours (or 1 day) have the possibility to gain 207 047 088 runes. All this only using the golden scarab.

You guys have the choice between:

A big glich that takes time and patience to pull out and that might not even work or get patched, on for 50 million runes

Or

Doing the white mask guy quest which takes no time at all, getting the golden scarab, and any AOD weapon or spell, for 200 million runes.

For the drop try facing the wall as soon as you start falling. I kept dying and I replayed the video and saw he faced the wall. I got it first try facing the wall but I’m not sure if it was luck.

Just did it after like 50 tryes.
Been naked, but I don't think it matters.
The other component in the flask does not matter.
I used the light sword, swing at the middle.
Took the potion at the edge right before the fall.

So instead of simply defeating one of the bosses like godrick or renalla to do varre’s quest to get to mohgywns palace (which can be done in 20 minutes after defeating one of them), you suggest us to do this, which will obviously take much more time because you’re defeating a tree avatar, ghost godfrey, and morgott and traveling all the way to consecrated snowfields just to get the teleporter that leads you to the same area and do some of the not so new farming strategies? I guess this would be a “fast” way for people who killed Varre, but you should at least mention that. Also the “50 million runes” was such a bait, Im aware that you left it ambiguous to state that “well I never mentioned how much time youd need to invest to amount the 50 million”. This isn’t a new farming strategy nor is it a fast one, the only thing that is new here is the method to get to the farming area (which seems highly unreliable due to the glitches that could take a lot of attempts). I fail to see how this is helpful aside from the new technique to get to lyndell, which don’t get me wrong it can be useful but the title was specifically for farming which is why I found it quite bothersome
