You really tried, but you did not allow it to stay long enough on the fire after curdling it, it has to be well cooked before parking it for draining.

At minute marker 3:50, you used the sour liquid (mild acid) leftover from making millet pap. I wonder if I could use vinegar, lemon juice, or Rhubarb. My favorite would be rhubarb I think. I have never made millet pap before.
