Create a Windows 8 Bootable USB Flash Drive Installer

When it comes to installing Windows 8 it can be tricky when you have no DVD-ROM drive (example notebook and net-book have no DVD drive, so in this video I show you how you can install Windows 8.1 from a USB Pen Drive, this method works on any Windows Operating System.

We will be using a free tool called Rufus, which helps build you're Windows USB Installer

rufus is the fastest tool I have used so far..
I also use diskpart utility which is built-in in Windows which can also make your USB bootable for Vista, Windows 7, 8, & 8.1..

My pc has windows 8, but in the web page there's only 8.1, does this one still works to do an boot from USB? I mean, because it gives black screen right after I turn it on.

Will restarting a computer (complete deleting "everything" and clearing drivers) clear a R.A.T? Or do I need to clear and install a fresh windows 8

+britec09 Does NTFS have any speed gain when installing windows? Why did you chose it over FAT32. Isn't FAT32 standard for bootable USB's?

Win 7 here with system restore turned off as I have an SSD installed.

What I'd like to do is duplicate/copy all of my desktop and program settings to a new user account, ie, icon placement, classic start menu, Startup Delayer, ShellfolderFix, Firefox setting with addons, all other program setting etc, to have as a sort of backup.

I tried copying all the files (except for the ntuser stuff) from one account to another, which worked to a limited extent, but found that none of the program settings had been duplicated, all programs were in "first run" mode.

Is this possible?
