I am a 54 yo person, that is big. I have been running for a while and this is recommended for me to increase speed. I do have come motor challenges, but I went to go do this my body was like 'What are you doing??' I can do the other 6 exercises somewhat, but was wondering how a middle aged person with body challenges works into this. Any suggestions on how to work up to this?
