Hey man, I know this upload was a year ago but i really need your help! I’m trying to use my hd60 for stream labs but it doesn’t pop up as a device when i try to add it to my video capture device. i enabled all the settings that were required on game capture hd, i’ve restarted both my laptop and my software many times and i’ve triple checked to see if all my cords are plugged in correctly and nothing seems to work. I have a mac book and i’m trying to stream from my xbox.

Hey man, thanks for the video. I’m trying to add my Elgato HD60S+ as a video capture device but when I do it doesn’t give me all of the configuration options (I.e resolution, configure video, audio output etc.). For some reason, the only option it is giving me is “use preset” and “use buffering”. I can’t find the other settings even when I right-click to get to the properties. Do you know of any solution?

So I got everything up and running but the one and only problem I have is gameplay audio isn’t coming through at all. I’m using an extremely basic capture card (on a budget) that is off Amazon and is plug and play. I’m using some a40’s with a mixamp for my headset that runs through my Xbox. Do I need to run it through my PC? If so how does the gameplay audio still come through my headset? Thanks for the help!

So I'm using a Mirabox capture card for my xbox one, I have my xbox screen showing on obs but when I click on audio source and choose the capture card as the source. It doesn't play any audio from the xbox ? Is there a way to fix this ?

hi! so my capture card isn’t being detected by streamlabs at all. i have a macbook meaning i need to use an adapter to connect the capture card to it, is that something that’s interfering with my connection? if not, how can i get it to appear?
