How to setup Hdmi capture device with OBS Studio

Lately, I purchased Sandberg HDMI Capture Link to USB video capture device for future projects, so I tested to create content on Shorts format.

Im using mine for streamlabs to my xbox so im assuming i would need 2 hdmis one to see the screen im playing on and for stream labd
