But sometimes the injury does not present itself at the initial accident. I fell and hurt my shoulder and right hip. Two weeks after I started having back pain. So even though I listed shoulder and hip in the report. The back didn't present itself until 2weeks later .

For workers comp? When you settle a single or double fusion? Is the settlement still the same if you decided to not get the surgery now because you are worried about more complications? And if you get a settlement for example 200k, do you get that in a large settlement ? Or at least the ones you settle for 7 figures how are those settlements?

Workman’s comp, what about depression and medication increase due to being out of work for 6 months and 2 ankle surgeries and rehabilitation?

Thank you for your videos. I have 2021 California (hand/wrist)WC claim receiving TTD, also have 2013 WC (foot)that is open. The older claim in Alaska is going to stop TTD benefits (just started)due to California TTD. My question is can you receive total disability benefits for different body parts from different states? Thanks for any information.
