i got rear ended at a red light 2 months ago. it was 3 vehicles involved and i was the last vehicle to get hit. my car has very minor damages.. so you can say it was a minor accident.. but a few hours after i got hit i felt mid back pain and went to ER that same night because it wouldn’t go away. i got xrays done and thankfully everything looked good on xrays.. dr said it was muscle pain(?) and prescribed meds. i had the back pain for a few weeks and sort of went away and now its come back and its alot more uncomfortable. the other partys insurance offered me $500 for injury but i feel like i deserve more. their insurance company in other words was also basically telling me im lying about my back pain and they’re saying that because the accident was so “minor” that i shouldn’t be having back pain. that most people in those kind of accidents never report having injury.. what can i do to try to negotiate more money? i have a toddler that i have to take care of and carry around all the time and my back pain is affecting day to day life.

i had a car accident 2 months ago and it was the order driver fault and i injured from my both hands and had surgery both hands and i got an attorney and after a month my attorney sent me a form called release of all claim and did explain to me what is that exactly and i signed and now my attorney saying you are not getting big check from the other party because they have a bad policy with maximum of 25000 and after all reimburse i don't get anything so now i don't know what should i do so could please give me an advise to what i have to do because i heard most people get good check from this kind of injury so i need to get another attorney or that's the final settlement i can get
