QUICK & EASY CHEESE BRUSCHETTA 🧀 | #shorts

Recipe:
1. Take a bowl, add paneer, veggies of choice (capsicum, carrot, tomato), cheese, oregano, chilli flakes, salt and pepper. Combine everything well.

2. Take bread of choice. Toast it from one side on a pan with some butter. Flip, add the filling, cover and cook on low-medium heat. Place a small cup with some water in the centre or keep splashing some water. This helps the cheese to melt.

3. Your cheesy Bruschetta is ready! Serve with dip of choice and enjoy.
