What's the first thing you look for when meeting a new interest? A way out.

No one will read this but sometimes, whenever I eat M&Ms, I like to hold two M&Ms in between my fingers and squeeze as hard as I can until one M&M cracks. I eat the cracked one, and the one that didn't crack becomes the champion. Then I grab another M&M and force it to compete with the champion in this deadly game of M&M gladiators. I do this until I run out of M&Ms and when there is only one M&M left standing, I send a letter to Mars, Incorporated with the champion M&M in it with a note attached that reads: "Please use this M&M for breeding purposes."

This was such a plot twist for me when I finally got into a real relationship. Like, I’ve been the problem the whole time???

The last part is literally me. I don't really like unavailable people, but I get super scared by the available ones, so I just don't date anymore.
How does one fix that?

I like emotionally unavailable men because they first just seem like it’s men who have a life and not constantly on you and that’s attractive, they are also really good with setting boundaries and sticking to them, assertiveness and self discipline is incredibly attractive

In my case (I'm the emotionally available person), they get scared when they realize they are starting to have strong feelings.

What I can't figure out is why unavailable women have always come after me while I'm minding my own business doing my own Sigma thing far more often than the single ones that want to play stupid tease and run games.

This is so true. I got involved with a committed person. I don't regret it as I had to learn the root cause. Your video explains it perfectly. This was before social media really took off.

Cool. I see how your hair is actually like a work of art. Looks like you don't have makeup on, but I can't be sure. I'm attracted to unavailable people because I can't afford a relationship, the ROI is never worth it, and the risks are way too great. I'm way better off alone if I can endure the loneliness. Fortunately I'm good company so it's all good. I like how you can do a post while you do your hair without even saying anything. That's efficient social media production!

First step to fixing a problem is recognising it, isn't it? Others would argue I get into online tête-à-têtes with faraway people out of this psychology. Well... one takes on all the relationship complexity one can afford.

Well, is there a way to heal commitment issues and emotional unavailability?

How do I learn more about my inner issues like this? Like what do I even search? This is so accurate for me and I didn't even know

This shit is why men sometimes understand "no" to really mean "yes".... allegedly.

I think that these problems are very solvable once you're aware of them and you get to, not just know, but understand yourself as an individual being. When you do that and get courage to surround yourself with the people alike or the ones that you want to be alike, with their support you can seriously achieve anything, you just need to be brave enough to invest a lot of effort and get rid of fears that held you back from all of that earlier. Hence, you let new things and people in, step out of your comfort zone and the most important thing- you truly let yourself change. I'm going through it right now and it's tough, but worth it...oh how worth it is...I feel so much happier and I'm in, soon to be, a whole year long relationship, feeling much better around others, more confident, have only one true friend which is so good and just enough for me, my family is happier because I fixed some stuff... Just push through it, work on yourself and be brave enough to make change, there's no better feeling in this world when you look back and obviously see how better you are off now then where you were....I have faith in you, just do it and good luck!🍀🍀🍀
