Happy New Year Morgan, Allison and the GSF team...congrats on having another blow up year on Youtube I really enjoy your videos and watch almost all of them. I've been working hard on my own channel and at least we've grown a lot in a year too. This coming year I'm going to have to build a goose house since our 4 geese started to eat our duck eggs and I realized it's not good for them to be kept in the same house. You got it right on though, you gotta make it happen for yourself, I 100% agree. Molly our Old English Sheepdog is all grown up now and loving life on the farm. My goodness Morgan you really hit me hard with this one. I will be sharing this with a few people that need to hear this message. I am one of those middle aged people that is trying to reshape who I am and what I will become. I was a first responder for 32 years and due to an injury I am having to think about how the rest of my life will go. My family built a chicken coop and run for me last year and I got some chickens. They changed my life for the better. They pulled me out of the pandemic depression that is happening across this country. Thank you for your videos that actually helped me to take the leap and get those birds. They have been a godsend for sure. Oh and Happy New Year to everyone!!!

Sometimes goals are not all realistic to accomplish. Do your best then reevaluate the goals. If they are are still important add them to this year. You have done a lot. Be proud of that.

With everyone making new years resolutions, myself included, that's such a great thing to keep in mind. To be able to acknowledge the tasks that remain, but to be able to focus and celebrate the ones you were able to complete! And even improve on overtime!!

My husband is going to leave the military for medical freedom this year. We will move back to our home province and fix up a very small home on 20 acres. We will be completely debt free and homeschool our children. Eventually we will build gardens, apple orchard, and have livestock. We feel like it is time to get back to our roots❤

I have raised alpacas for 17 years. At one time, I had over 40, running the farm on my own, while working full-time. Burn-out, big time. Never really made money. I'm now in pre-retirement phase, downsizing. Down to 25. Was going to do limited breeding for 3 more years, to make 20 years, and sell off the pregnant ones. But just found out my vet, who has been awesome the last 10 years, will no longer be treating alpacas. He is sticking to horses from now on. So, plans will now need to be amended. I am retired from corporate life, and I just want a simpler life. This year is the year for building up my gardens, both eating and flowers. Love my chickens, so they get a rebuilt coop run this year, too. Thought I had lost my favorite cat last week, when she disappeared for over 24 hours, but neighbors found her and brought her back to me. I don't want to be so busy I don't enjoy what I have. Amanda is home, safe, and back to running across my face each morning to wake me up.
