You can see how discipline Agents are. Still being patient and laughing while the woman is annoying AF.

This is not stupid at all. What did you expect, that he'd teach the general public Krav Maga in 5 minutes? This demonstration is not meant for MMA fighers, but for women who have no clue about self defense. Having a torch around in the work-place is not a bad idea if they know they could potentially use it as last resort (when running away is not an option), the chocking-avoidance move can still give them few more seconds of time, in those situations, a few seconds could mean the difference between having the time to scream and not having that opportunity.

I teach a neck choke removal that is not a defensive move, but offensive. Pin the attacker's wrists to your upper chest, turn sideways 90 degrees. As you're turning, move your arm closest to the attacker as if you're throwing a baseball. When your arm has made a full sweep and you've broken the attacker's grip by the time you slap your own leg with the sweeping hand, and the attacker's face has been pulled in to within 3 to 6 inches from yours, then use your sweeping arm that you used to break the choke hold (while still pinning his wrists to your upper chest with your opposite arm) to break his face with your elbow. We call it an "empi smash." Practice it both ways, so you get proficient using either side, then practice other tactical techniques such as bouncing his head off a brick wall or the ground to knock him out and eliminate the threat. It's best to disable your attacker than to become a victim. Always carry a force multiplier such as a tactical bezel flashlight, knife, and OC Spray. Take classes to learn how to use them. Learn to protect your life. Practice situational awareness, to keep out of most oncoming confrontations. Best wishes... Stay safe.
