Does your floating Floyd Rose still sound out of tune after tuning it? Your intonation is probably out of adjustment. this can happen when you change string gauge or buy a used guitar that wasn't properly setup.

My problem with my Floyd rose is that when I do a Divebomb the tuning is fine but when I do a reverse divebomb it literally tunes up half a step and it really bothers me

What if the harmonic at the 12th fret is sharp or flat, but the fretted note is in tune?
It's that an intonation issue or a curve in the neck?

My problem is that when i use my tremolo bar it sometimes gets out of tune and i don't know how to fix that

You should also talk about nut height. Some times locking nuts can be set way off from where they are supposed to be.
