The Aztec serpent god is not a war monger, but a gentle giant

I deeply appreciate the fact that someone actually used aztec mythology as a story topic, i love this so much.

That's actually a cool twist to the story of Quetzalcoatl. To make it look like they're just a simple being who happens to become a god.

moral of the story: eat random eggs that are colorful so you can be a god

It's funny that during the whole story I pictured a giant man walking around and sleeping in the earth.

This story wasn't scary... it was a bittersweet story. I would like to hear more stories like these, a sorrow filled story, or a bittersweet, or something like this. It beautiful to hear and read along.

This story is genuinely beautiful....the idea of seeing the world from the eyes of a god just to find out hes as scared and alone as the rest of us.

So thats why the rivers looks like a traveling snake. It’s cause that’s the trail he left behind as he ventured further into the jungle.

That is a very profound statement . It is far too easy to destroy something beautiful out of ignorance . Wow . Great story .

The way you read the stories the way you put your feelings in it the way you use the perfect music makes the story a masterpiece and for our mind to go deep into it

I've listened to this several times over. It's an amazing story... and though it's fantasy, I'm glad you included it in a creepypasta. I could listen to this over and over... just something about it grabs my ear :).

This is a really profound story. I'm not embarrassed to admit I cried a little at the end. And for it to be told from Quetzalcoatl’s point of view? This is a gem. I don't know how else to describe it. It just touched my heart so deeply.

i love these creepypastas that don’t follow the popular pasta formula. they’re all short stories in their own and it’s very easy to see how any of these stories could be turned into a feature length film. narrator, played by The Dark Somnium!

Snake gods really are more benevolent than people think.

Snakes in general are really more chill than people admit.

My snakes...I need them. I keep trying to present them as emotional support. How they coil gently when rested with, how they relax with me when I watch movies or play video games, how they just chill on my person when I go for a walk.

I just wish there was more media showing these creatures in positive light, it seems fairly...constant. It's still awkwardly a barricade of sorts to some people. One that I can't fathom, nor comprehend.
