it cannot find vs code for me install is not available for sharp

I'm already using this version in my visual studio 2022.
However, the extension is only available in visual studio if I open it using the Jetbrains Toolbox shortcut.
If I use Windows shortcuts, the extension won't load or be available.
Does anyone know if this is normal and if there is a way to fix it?
