For beginners it could be quite interesting to see you assemble Kits and hear your thoughts about it. I guess that's not what you're aiming for, but I know a lot of people would be interested in content like this. Anyway, keep up the good work dave. I was a complete beginner a year ago. I didn't understand most of the stuff you are talking about, but what I understood helped me becoming more knowledgeable.

While I agree that kit assembly would be a bit boring in general, it could be good as a real-world demonstration of skills you've explained in previous tutorial videos. For example I know you've done soldering videos (awesome BTW) but those just dealt with example components on an example circuit-board. If you assembled kits which demonstrate various techniques that could be a useful followup to a lot of viewers. If the kit is particularly interesting you get a 2 for 1.
