Aquaman Pitch Meeting

Spoilers for Aquaman ahead! After a rocky first go in 2017’s Justice League, Jason Momoa is getting a shot at his own solo Aquaman movie, expanding the DC Universe some more. Arthur Curry kicks a lot of butt in the new movie and James Wan provides viewer with a pretty crazy visual ride. The superhero movie definitely raises some questions though. Like what’s up with the heavy metal guitar riffs when Aquaman shows up? Why didn’t Orm get rid of all the trash in the first place? Why did they train an octopus to play the drums? I feel like no matter what Ryan does in the future, he is always going to be remembered for these pitch meetings. I bet he could win a Nobel Prize one day, and an interview would go like this:
Interviewer: Congratulations on winning the Nobel Peace Prize. Was it hard to win, or was it super easy, barely an inconvenience?
Ryan: Please stop quoting that.
Interviewer: Woopsie!
Ryan: Stop quoting my old videos. I want to talk about my current work helping African children.

Producer: "We need a great song for Aquaman"

Writer: "Oh, well what about Ocean Man?"

Producer: "That's a good one but I have a better one."

Writer: "Oh really, what is it?"

Producer: "Africa"

Writer: "By Toto?"

Producer: "Yes but a remix of it by Pitbull."

Writer: "So you want Pitbull, a rapper named after a land creature, to remix a song about Africa, a very dry place, for a movie about a superhero who lives in the ocean and controls sea life?"

Producer: "Yea, sounds great, right?"

Writer: "Sounds like the literal opposite of this movie."

Producer: "Ohhh opposites are tight."
