Why did that woman sniff Aquaman’s sweater like that? Why does Martian Manhunter keep popping up at weird times?

Hilarious and spot on as always, though I can actually explain the buying the bank and not the farm. If a famous billionaire buys a farm back for a random lady he "should" have no way of knowing it is going to draw a lot of unwanted attention, but if he buys the bank and just forgives the debt of her property and a few dozen others then nobody would wonder the connection and he looks like a philanthropist to the public.
