I've been a Chargers fan for years. We're used to this sort of thing.

Justin played thru freaking broken rib cartilage. If you think he’s going to let this keep him out of anything you are mistaken…Dude is a warrior.

Had this injury playing college ball, it is absolutley terrible, but I pushed through. It’s terrible and the best thing to do is rest and let it heal. Took me a year to get rid of it.

The idea of Easton Stick vs Vegas has to give charger fans ptsd.

Plantar fasciitis is painful as hell. It feels like broken glass shards cutting and burning in the dead middle of the arch on the bottom of your foot. I had it for years of my athletic career and as funny as it is to say, it comes and goes. It can bother you for weeks, then with rest and care, can not bother you for weeks. It literally comes and goes with no warning or reason. It just takes management and care. With his money, doctors, facilities, care, and whatever he wants or needs…he’ll be fine. It will literally be a week to week thing he deals with all season long but with all the reasons listed above he has a really good chance at it not being an issue at all🤷‍♂️

I'm a Bronco fan and this sucks man. Manning had this and it lingers. I like Herbert though. Good dude.

As a Denver Broncos fan, I'm disappointed. I hope he's going to be okay. Good luck to Chargers organization and to all of you Chargers fan's .🙏

The silver lining is that this happened early. If they let this heal correctly, he will be fine for the season.

I hope that Herbert is able to recover and have a great season!

This will be a pain management issue. It will hurt alot in the morning especially after a game but I don't think he will miss games

They would have called it a partial tear if it happened, I truly believe it’s just precautionary. If he can walk week 1, he’s starting lol. He plays through everything

I had this same injury and was able to get up and get the mail almost every other day for 6 months.

Herbert will be excellent don't worry about the planter issue if there was a game tomorrow he'd play through it and play great

Jim is a strategic genius and he is playing mind games with everybody already and it's only training camp this is the fire and the mindset we need

This injury may linger all season unfortunately

It depends on what the “injury to the plantir fascia” really is, we won’t know unless they reveal more specifics

Disaster befalls the Chargers, the Vikings miss the kick, and the Cowboys will fail; man, you gotta love the classics. 🤣😂🤣😂
