This line really breaks my heart. Many of the Clones held their Jedi generals in such high regard, especially the 501st and 212th. Anakin, Ahsoka and Obi Wan have been with them through the worst of the war fight beside them, putting themselves in harm's way for them and going the extra mile for them. Being force into acting out order 66 must have been so hard for the Clones that were close to their Jedi leader.
