I really don't think this movie needed a sequel, as the first movie was great for what it was. I doubt Im going to watch this sequel to be honest

I thought the theory sounded cool. But for those of you that didn’t know is that when “The Dark Knight” was in the works, did you know that before Heath Ledger Christopher Nolan originally wanted Joaquin Phoenix to play as the Joker, but he declined, and said he wasn’t prepared for it. And 11 years later in 2019, Joaquin Phoenix finally gets to play as the Joker but as his own version. I know that no one will ever replace Heath Ledger as the Joker, may he rest in peace. But imagine if Joaquin Phoenix played as the Joker instead of Heath Ledger. Can you imagine how different it would have been?

I think it was just a cutesy ending they threw in from the original fan theory that Arthur was never the real joker.. and dude was just a psycho fan, much like Harley, who both were disappointed at Art no longer being their symbol.
