For those who came here looking to rename the lettered column header e.g. A, B, C and so on. You cannot rename them but you can freeze them so that when you scroll down they are always visible which is what I'm sure most of you who read this want:

Click on the row so it highlights the column headers you actually want e.g row 1: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number. Then click the 'view' menu, then look across the menu until you see 'Freeze panes' - click here and then select freeze row.

This really was not helpful.  What I wanted to do was rename the A, B, C... so as to reflect my chart and allow me to see what belongs in each column as I move down the page.  I suppose I did learn that I cannot do what I want, but the title of the video led me to believe I could.

Guys ! we cannot change the column title : a b c d....
however we can freeze the first row and its contents when you scroll down the pages.
for that click--->view ---->freeze top row.

I just wanted to mention that “Use R1C1” option is not a “radio button” we usually call them “check box”.
Radio buttons are that thiny little circles that use to select one of any options.
