This doesn't technically swap, it moves. It only swaps if they are right next to each other. If I bring it down 4 rows, it moves the other over, not "swap"

Just add info, if your table had hyperlink (sort & filter function), make sure remove it first, by blocking all boxes with active hyperlink, then select 'clear -> clear hyperlinks' (the icon next to Sort & Filter).

What if you wish to swap rows #1 and #3?
