If Americans as a population ate more fruits and vegetables and less junk food altogether, there would be less ADHD, less obesity, and more intelligence on the whole.

I've been overeating for years since I was a kid and obese in 1997 that just started and I'm still the same cuz of ADHD symptoms and need treatment and medication s for this condition ADHD problems

Oh my god I have adhd and while I was a kid I loved fruites and when I will look at other adhders I would never see me act like that even if I was 6 because right now I’m 14 and I still eat fruits to this day
