The Home Secretary James Cleverly announced new changes to the "EU Settlement Scheme" on 7 December 2023. These changes will be implemented from from January 2024.

My husband applied for EUSS for spouse and we still didn't receive any decision. We got email on 26 December saying that unfortunately your application is complex in nature. Does it mean that we will receive a refusal?

Hello, I have a concern, my husband has an indefinite permanence permit and he and I started a relationship in 2019, he living in London and I in the Dominican Republic, he came to see me every 2 years for his work and in 2021 I became pregnant. Please i applied for euss to join my family in the uk but they requested for national identity card my passport and birth certificate, , but ill dont have my national identity card, , but ill gave them my nin slip, , which is almost my. National identity card hope it. Wont affect my visa
