I am worried about people who might have the honest belief that they do not have to apply to the Scheme ie people with Permanent Residence. I am also concerned that people with Presettled Status might forget to apply for Settled Status.

Hi, ( im half Brazilian and half italian so i have 2 passaport ) im on bail for armed robbery but they expend my bail for more 3 months and i apply for pre settlement before i get bail... If im guilty i Will be deportate??

I have visited uk in August 2020.
I have received pre-settled status in November 2020. Due to Covid issue i could not move permanently to UK before Brexit day. Am i still eligible to move UK as a pre-settled holder?
