Its just a pinch of Celtic salt, barely a quarter tip of a teaspoon in small glass of water for hydration and absorption. Do this first thing in the morning before anything else. No need to be hand wring over heaped spoons or having to gip your way through this because of the excessive harshness. Use good sense here.

False. Distilled water removes UNUSABLE and inorganic minerals. This has to do with the charge of distilled water and the charge of inorganic minerals being attracted to another. I have been drinking mainly distilled water for years, around a gallon every day or two, and I am perfectly fine.

My 7 year old son eats Celtic salt crumbs since he was 4. He did it by himself and he loves it. He knows what his body needs.

What is a small teaspoon? I always was under the impression that a teaspoon was a teaspoon. 😂

Does adding salt mean I don't have to drink 3.5 liters of water a day anymore?

Dumbest advice ive ever heard. Just add enough salt in your food and you dont have to drink that nasty salt water

Jewberman is a great example of 80% truth 20% lies. The classic bait and switch. Salt water will make your kidneys work harder to readsorb and excrete the excess sodium. The change in osmolarity will affect your ADH/Angiotension/RAAS systems, and furtyermore, water travels down the osmotic gradient to enter cells. By drinking salty water you are decreasing the chances of actually being hydrated. Now that excess fluid must be filtered by the kidneys in order to allow it to cross aquaporins.
