Not a single person on that show talked about the show and what it is about. Every word out of their mouths was about gender and race. This is why these shows are failing, and they can't seem to get their heads out of their asses to figure that out.

A series of books already translated in 57 languages across the WHOLE world YEARS before even the movie trilogy. Loved deeply in basically ANY culture in the world, from the far East to the deep South and the frozen North.

But they have to EXPAND it somehow by insulting the already multicultural, multiracial and very diverse fan base.

That's delusion on a very grand scale.

Ya know, at this point in time, Galadriel is married, has a kid (married to Elrond) no less. The King, Gil-Galad, is her nephew's nephew....
And yeah, she never. EVER. Commanded armies. Didn't happen. Hobbits (Harfoots, Fallowhides, and Stoors) didn't show up until the 3rd age. WIZARDS didn't show up until the 3rd age, and they got off a damned boat in the Grey Havens, fully in control of their powers. The elves knew who they were and where they came from>
