_Primal_ is the definition of "action speaks louder than words" in a form of animation.

Primal is another masterpiece from Genndy Tartakovsky. It's amazing how this show manages to be so emotional without even a single line of dialogue. So excited for the second season!

Slave of the Scorpion and Coven of the Damned have that swift watery flow of movement at times and also bold thick outlines when needed. When this show came on later after Samurai Jack was finished up. It was a breath of fresh air from watching repeated styles of animation. I'm really glad Genndy and his team came up with this show. I genuinelly got depressed the first time I saw Fang's babies get eaten. Sure, I was also sad to see Spear's family get killed but they were silhouettes and their deaths seemed to be quick. Fang's babies seemed to be drawn out. I kept on waiting for them to be saved at the last second and then it just didn't happen.

This show just hits so different. This is the type of thing you would watch in the early 2000s and it's amazing they still bring that type of feeling.

Every time I see Fang's past, it's always hard to watch. Dialogue is almost non-existent, and the little dialogue is at the season finale, spoken by someone else, not Spear.

This is definitely one of the best series on Adult Swim. How many series do you have such emotional scenes like this or Fang comedically going "Om Nom Nom" on a Sweet Potato?
