Is there an in depth Source Record video? because I tried using it once and something about my setup of it would cause it to freeze up obs after a certain amount of time, and when trying to end recording or close OBS it would just crash out. definitely want to utilize it but concerned on how to do it correctly

Once I saw a video on youtube about a plugin for streamers (maybe for Premiere or so) that can cut or set marks on video when you say the word "cut" or something like that during a stream. This helps to find those spots in a big video quickly and cut (through markers or so, I don't remember exactly).
But I can't find this video anymore.

Maybe you know the name of this plugin. Maybe this is not Premiere plugin but OBS one

Hello! I am about to start streaming on Twitch, but I have some concerns. Audio and face cam look and sound great. But while I’m in preview mode, it looks like the game’s fps is bad. Does your stream look different than what you’re seeing in OBS? I’m afraid to even go live because it might look bad. My settings I believe are great, also am streaming from my Mac. Can you help??
