The point of this video is present ideas a veteran or a new warlock might not know. After about 1 week of learning how to edit and gathering my thoughts, I'm happy to finally upload this video. Watch the end of the video for a special treat ;). Any feedback would be awesome! Thanks for watching and enjoy the video!

I get succubus for one main reason, Stranglethorn Vale. I level mainly void/fear juggle method as I know it best and personally find it most fun. I also love world PVP. I do switch to felhunter for pvp at Max level, but for leveling in contested zoned, a stealth succubus has saved me from many ganks, mainly stub rogues

Clean and straight to the point.

I agree with succubus. I've always preferred her for the pvp utility. Players can play around it, but generally seduce opens up many opportunities.

It also isn't bad for pve. High damage output and seduce + fear allows for taking on multiple enemies a bit similar to having a void tank.

I main a warlock back then, and voidwalker was completely useless because his taunts generated almost no threat (pservers have +threat changes). So I level as affliction drain tanking + succubus for the extra dmg & CC option. It was pretty easy going life drain tanking.

Thanks for the video, very helpful. One important tip for me was that suppression helps with fear resists. For some reason I didn't think it did. Had planed to max it very early on since I will do quite a low of higher level quests. Nice that the fears will be easier to land.
The build I had planed was 2/5 Corruption into 3/3 imp imp into 3/5 suppression, 3/5 corruption, 5/5 Suppression and finish with 5/5 Corruption and respecing around that point, maybe a few more levels. Going succubus drain tanking.

I played a Warlock in vanilla through to Cataclysm and can't wait to get back to some nostalgia with one in Classic. Nice video, all solid tips!

Just go either 5/5 corruption, or 3/5 corruption + 2/5 suppression. After that get imp life tap. Then go for imp void walker. You can either go 5/5 fel demonic embrace, or 3/5 DE + 2/2 imp health stone. Then get your imp void walker.

For me, I stay in the demo tree until I can get 2/2 master summoner. However, if you chose to get 2 points into suppression, you'll need to go back to afflic and finish off corruption so it's insta cast.

Once you have master summoner(if you chose to get it - amazing for WPVP gives 0.5 second demon summon)

Then basically you just go for Nightfall, grim reach and shadowastery.

I choose to respec at lv 45 and go soul link until raids, but generally you can repec and go sm/ds/RUIN

One of the best Warlock guides I've seen on youtube. Clearly has a lot experience playing warlock.

The talent discussion is super specific and gives info no others have. I personally like going 5/5 imp corruption first and just get it done with. But I could see suppression being faster at that level range. Do you specc into imp drain soul? I've tested it and even with 2/2 it seems ineffective. Also demonic embrace cuts your spirit by 15% which further hinders it. Mana regens way faster out of combat, and ideally you don't ever really want to be out of combat as a lock leveling.

I think I'm sold here. Great stuff

Void walker tanking is viable tanking on psevers. He’s trash on classic and can’t hold threat from just your wand. This is how I remember leveling my warlock in vanilla - useless vw. Drain tanking is where it’s at for efficient tanking.

I was going to level with succ because it’s the nicest to look at.

Enjoyed the video and subscribed. I am leveling a warlock right now and I find the succubus to be the best pet by far. The succubus does substantially more damage than the voidwalker and the vw doesnt even hold aggro after the first couple hits. Also seduce can be really useful for quests with multiple enemies or world PvP you run into.

I have heard about using the mouse wheel for your pet. I never liked it because I change my camera distance so often and didn't want to lose that ability. Thanks for suggesting the shift or Ctrl keys to modify it. I feel dumb, but enlightened. I'm gonna try this out tonight thanks dude.

Staysafe isn't really a guide you wanna be following anyway, Succu and Drain tanking will be the fastest way to level
