What types of ovarian cysts are cancerous?

I had one aspirated, now I have a 6cm inside the ovary with proteinaceous debris? Severe lower abdominal and back pain, nausea and I look about 6 mths pregnant. My fatigue is crippling. What does a cyst with proteinaceous debris actually mean (I’m 12 yrs post hysterectomy, removed right fallopian tube as well! Please help, drs aren’t helping and told me to do pelvic physio. I also have all my imaging records. I’ve had the existing cyst already grow almost 2cm each way, a new one developed on the left ovary in a month

What can I say? Feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I used what discussed the other day, well, it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish.
