Ma'am, I have a question. I'm having endometriotic cyst with utero-ovarian adhesion, size 5.7×3.8cm. I'm taking 1 dinogest 2mg tablet per day. My doc adviced to take this tablet for 3 month and I'm taking it from 21 July. My last period was on 30th June and now on 6th aug. Bt this time my period is not normal like blood is dark brown in the starting and now it's a lil brown in colour, and also the bleeding is less than my usual period and I saw a fleshy thing on my period blood twice. Helo mam. I'm suffering from simple ovarian cyst from last 2 year. 2 years back i had laproscopy but again cyst has formed. My cyst size is 4cm. I feel no pain and having regular periods. I want to know that can i conceive naturally. Moreover i do alot of madication but no cure.
