With regard to "We The People" Why do they always ignore the "IN ORDER TO FORM A MORE PERFECT UNION" part? The founding fathers must have known our union would need to evolve into something MORE perfect than it already was, or is... Why do Republicans ignore that part?!

Not even Britain believed in absolute monarchy by the War of Independence, seeing as Parliament had passed the Bill of Rights 1689 after effectively deposing the last King who claimed any absolutist powers during the Glorious Revolution.
