As a small business owner, I have to keep track of every printer cartridge, every software license, every dime I make. If I inflate, or deflate any numbers, I open myself up for penalties that could ruin me. These people throw around millions of dollars of assets with no basis in reality, like it was Monopoly money in a fantasy world. With no consistent repercussions. What a nightmare circus we live in.

It’s disturbing to see how rich people abuse the system openly and no one seems to care.
But you got all these poor people that want to excuse this

Remember kids, saying "those other guys didn't get caught!" is never a legit defensive for getting caught.

According to O'Leary, every real estate developer in the world has broken the same laws as Trump has been found liable for. OK. Let's charge every real estate developer in every city in the world. I can get behind that.

Who's next? Anyone who breaks the law. Why is it that laws don't apply to rich people.

As a Canadian, I just want to say Sorry about Kevin O'Leary. But no, we don't want him back.

All of these people saying that it's okay to commit fraud because it's "victimless" need to be investigated immediately.

And yet when the average citizen has to pay something back for some reason there doesn't seem to be any helpline or forgiveness.

It's a victimless crime that anyone else would go to prison over. Effing double standards

They aren’t even pretending to uphold the facade of a fair justice system anymore.

Yet again we see that American laws don't apply to the wealthy and powerful. We are not all equal in this country when it comes to the law.

Selling a property is different to valuing a property. You can sell a property for whatever someone is willing to pay. It is not a crime. Giving false information to obtain tax breaks or a loan is a criminal. The blind followers are blind because they can't see straight. Literally 😂😂😂😂😂

Thank you for addressing the "victimless crime" comment. I couldn't figure out what they were talking about.

Being broke is the only thing that could actually bring consequences for Don Poorleone. Consequences don't exist for the rich.

Kevin O'Leary "Who's next". Everybody does it, it should not be prosecuted, unless, of course, they are poor. Unaware indeed.
