Used the 14 pro max for the month and went back to the 13 pro. Hated dynamic island the way it cut into more content. Apart from that it was pretty much the same phone. I really think the 13 pro and pro max are one of apples best iPhones to date

I sold my 13 pro and got the iPhone 13 mini. Last week bought the 14 pro. Just returned it and got another iPhone 13 mini.
Prefer the size, them mini does all I need it to. Anyone else want a 15 mini pro? 😊

This is weird how people are having these dramatically different experiences. I’ve had my 14 Pro Max since launch day and it has been nothing but great to me. I also came from an iPhone 12, so the upgrade was bigger for me. Probably depends on what phone you’re coming from.

Switched from iPhone 12 to IPhone 14 pro Max. I am experiencing only one of the issue out of all this. And it is camera indeed. The low light images does look quite over processed which wasnt the case with iPhone 12. Apart from this issue which is fixable via software update. iPhone 14 pro max is a worthwhile upgrade

I switched from the iPhone SE 2020, to the iPhone 14 Pro. My experience on the 14 is better. And I have not run into any of the issues you mentioned in this video except for the focusing part with the cameras. Which isnt really an issue for me. Overall I love the 14 pro. My favorite part about it is the dynamic island.

Also I want to mention, im not sure if the issues people have been having are a pro max thing or a 14 iphone thing in general. But i havent experienced really anything on the 14 pro.

I went from my Iphone 12 pro max to the 14 pro max a few weeks ago and I can confirm that I had more issues with it in the short time that I owned it then the entire time owning the 12 pro max. Most of the problems are with the camera. Its true the picture for me have taken at step in the wrong direction and just last night I tried to zoom in just a bit and my camera kept switching from one lens to the other nonstop I had to power the phone off then back on just crazy thinking how much this phone cost to have to deal with simple tasks

I upgraded from my 12 PM to 14PM .
And yeah, there's some really annoying bugs.
I never got the charging issue only once but because i was swimming in the pool with my 14PM recording underwater. But battery life for me is good 8-10hrs screen on time per day; and i charge it once per day. And not the screen issue either. For me, it was mainly contacts or imessages freezing when trying to search things.
For me, I really am happy with the upgrade despite the bugs. No regrets for me

I totally agree with the camera issues. For example do to the change in the focal length I can't get clean photos of A4 size documents because it's in the limit between macro and main camera and because both cameras have higher aperture sizes documents are darker in auto mode. No issues with 13PM. Also when I take normal pictures it distorts a bit in the ages of the photos going out of focus for no reason. Again no issues with the 13PM

My issue is with System Data, and the fact an hard Reset is the only temporary solution, accumulating GBs nonstop.

Some great points here, but … don’t think many people will have a ‘spare’ 13 pro max hanging around. Which means for now we’ll have the grin and bare it.

Agreed! I honestly believe that the 13 Pro Max is the best that ever came from Apple. It takes better photos and has a longer battery life and works without a glitch. Overall a much better phone than the 14 Pro Max.

I’m @ 97% battery life on my iPhone 13 Pro Max from released day. 2 of my relatives have the 14s Pro Max and battery on their particular units just can’t keep up with my 13 PM unit.

This past Christmas was when we noticed the big differences on that. 14 is not bad, but just doesn’t feel the part it “might” fool some as apple’s marketing stunt has that effect, but not really as many other experts have literally expressed similar feelings. Good that this video is out about this.👍

I had a lot of issues with the iPhone 14 pro, I resolved all issues including poor battery by simply connecting my iPhone to iTunes and deleting the iOS and reinstalling iOS then I set up the iPhone as new and the phone has been wonderful since. This was all done under thirty minutes. Sign in to iCloud and get back your photos, contacts and messages. Really surprised you haven’t done this yet…
