“If by chance you want to close an app . . . “

I’m closing unused apps dozens of times daily. Or I’m attempting to close them.

I’ve had my 1st iPhone for almost 3 months now and struggle with it about 20 times daily. One chronic problem is that when I attempt to do a specific “Swipe, ” it won’t accept my attempt. I’ll repeat it 3 to 6 times and eventually it will work. I can’t figure out what I did wrong the 1st failures.

I came to your video looking for some specific instructions on how to do gestures.

I’ve noticed that when swiping up from the bottom of the screen, you must start the swipe from the bottom 2 mm of the screen. But, I’ve never found any instructions on this.

Each gesture must have some Design Specification for Apple to write the portion of the Operating System that recognizes these as gestures. But apparently they don’t share that with users.

no return or back gesture is a huge downside, i had to use left hand all the time to back to previous screen, still looking for application to help

The no back button when I'm browsing in the Youtube or browsers is annoying! I always swiped from left to right like I used to in Android 😅

The most annoying thing about gesture navigation on newer iphones is not the gestures itself but the method on how you power off the device. Siri should be the 2-button action and not turning off the device.

You didn't go over going back. One of the reasons I haven't gone to iPhone is because of the lack of a back button or a universal way you go back across the whole phone for all apps.

All the comments are from people coming from Android realizing how terrible it is not having those navigation buttons at the bottom! It's bewildering that Apple still refuses to put the buttons on as an option. It makes navigating so much easier.
