I agree that all iPads should have a true minimum of 128GB, across the board. Possibly the only exception is the Pro line with 256GB minimum.

I use my two years old iPad mini at least four hours a day reading books, articles, so yes, I'll be buying the new one to take notes and play games. Love the size.

64GB is ok for the basic iPad, but for a device coming at 500 USD, this is simply not enough.

6:00 Big mistake! The camera sensor in the new iPad mini isn’t quite the same as the one in the iPhone Xs. In the nutshell, the camera sensors in iPads are much smaller than those in iPhones because of the thinness of iPads. The fact that they both have Smart HDR 3 and shoot 4K 60 fps doesn’t mean that they are the same. The camera lens in the iPad Mini made its debut with the iPad Pro 2018. It’s a 1/4” type lens with actual focal length of 3 mm (29 mm equivalent), compared to the 1/2.55”, 4.25 mm (26 mm equivalent) main lens in the iPhone Xs. While the small camera in the iPads performs pretty much the same as the iPhones in bright conditions, it does hurt a lot in low light. See the iPad Pro 12.9” 2018 review from notebookcheck.

I'd say that the iPads still include a charger because it's less likely that most people have a higher-wattage charger needed to power a tablet. Most people have a charger made for a phone.

1:10 'aspect ratio actually changed coming from 16:9 to 4.6:3" the what?? the iPad mini 5 and a vast majority of other iPads have and have always had a 4:3 aspect ratio.. e.g. iPad Pro 11 inch has 10:7 (2388 x 1688 px) .. where did you get this 16:9 from? android? :D

Can this iPad mini be an iPhone replacement? Does the 5G data plan allow phone calls and SMS texting? If it can, I might be that guy making phone calls on my iPad. I love consolidating my devices as much as possible.

I'm looking forward to buying an iPad for these reasons -
1 - Web browsing, YouTube and Netflix
2 - View tabs for music
3 - PUBG, since I have big hands - gaming can be a challenge on my iPhone 11 - the 90fps on the iPad pro grabs my attention!

I might consider streaming too!

I'm torn between iPad mini, and the iPad Pro - iPad (might consider this too!)
