I had both, but I use mini the most because it’s easy to take everywhere and I love that it is bigger than phone but not too large like iPad pro

Apple should market their iPad mini as gaming tabs, it's the perfect size.

Sold my 11inch pro for the Mini-- no regrets.

If you want an actual tablet that you can hold almost like a phone but with a bigger screen that you can write on-- its the mini.

The size of standard iPads are not as hand-friendly as people think they are once they start using a mini.

As an artist, I'd go with the Mini, I bought the Ipad Air a while back, and the size is almost too large for me. The battery drains too fast, and the inflexibility of the Air made taking it to places not worth it.

If you want to have a mobile sketch book, go with the mini. You literally sacrifice nothing by choosing between the Pro or the Mini. People will say layer limits, but the layer limits on the air are insignificant. Go with the pro if you're going to produce art pieces you'll print out on large physical canvases, a mini will preform to produce the same art as the pro.

I really like the Mini, but I want to draw on a bigger screen, so I‘d personally either get an 11 inch Pro or an Air.

I have both. Honestly depends on how you will use it for your day to day lifestyle. If you’re into documents and clearer stuff, go for pro! But if just browsing and something easy to carry, go for mini

I thought I wanted the pro until my ex gifted me a mini and now I think it’s perfect in every way, I don’t miss the large screen of the pro (which is something I never thought I’d say) it’s the handiest thing for traveling, only drawback is no Magic Keyboard

As an artist I will definitely pick the pro as it allows me to get more screen space giving me that big sketchbook feel
