Just to clarify you guys that the iCloud account that you’ll be logging into on your old iPad has to have atleast purchased the app you want during the time when iOS 9 was out.

It wont work. Once you install the apps. The apps open and say new updates available and cant run without updating

Yes, this one actually works the first one I saw never said that you had to log into your settings your phone settings that’s why I couldn’t do it but this one actually worked thank you so much. My mom is going to be so happy.

Short answer, you need to custom flash the 9.3.5 to at least the latest version of iOS 12
