As a local I would definitely say the number one tip i have is to drink your water people please don’t be that guy who’s been drinking all day long and passes out on the strip and has to go to the hospital for dehydration. Enjoy yourself eat drink and be merry but make sure that you do stay hydrated especially if you’re gonna be walking the strip during the summer.

Soooo... my FIRST trip to Las Vegas was in February of 2009. I was living in Houston TX but was dating this girl I used to go to high school with, who lived in New Jersey.

What I looked forward to most?
I had recently lost my job due to layoffs but decided to take some of my severance and savings and go to Las Vegas. I invited the young lady to accompany me and she said sure.

The plan was for us to meet up in Vegas (which we did, I was able to book flights that landed around the same time). What she DIDN'T know is that I had consulted with a stylist and bought her a dress, heels, accessories (rings, earrings, etc) and a matching clutch. I had planned everything out in advance from dinner at THE TOP OF THE WORLD to Gandola at The Venetian to a helicopter tour of Vegas. So what I most looked forward to was meeting up with her.

Now 13 years and three kids later, we are "Smif. & Laly" and our YouTube page is beginning to grow.

We've been back and forth to Las Vegas at least 11 times since 2009, we'll be there again on October 10th 2022.

The Bellagio Conservatory is a must every trip. Just got back from our 20th trip. It never disappoints.

I was 16 when I saw Vegas for the first time. My mom took my sister and I to Boyle said at the silver slipper and Debbie Reynolds with Norm Crosby. I am now about to turn 61. I've been in Vegas most of my adult life and have had the pleasure of meeting really cool Vegas icons over the years. I'm a concierge now and love telling people where to go

The thing I looked forward to most on my very FIRST visit to Vegas was the array of buffet dining with options from cheap eats to world class. Vegas certainly didn't disappoint.

My first trip it was the “welcome to Vegas” sign. You see it and hear about it for years growing up and then your finally there to take your picture. That’s my best moment.

The first and only time I went to Vegas with my husband and my best friend. I was looking for to stay at the Venetian, it was so beautiful, and I read that they pumped in a citrus smell into the air. It was so luxurious, the minute you walked in you were surrounded by gold. I could not wait to go down and see Fremont Street!

My wife and I are going to Vegas in October for the first time. We are really excited to see the new Sphere that was built as well as the Volcano.

I was looking forward to the lights. People say the lights hypnotize you on the street and that how you know you are in the strip. I stayed comped at Caesar’s Palace my first time there and I was just blown away. Let’s just say in the last 16 years I’ve been to Vegas over 50 times and every trip is different.

Hey guys! What we looked forward to the most when we came to Vegas was the different food choices. Because Vegas is so inclusive of all the different cultures, there’s SO MANY places to pick from at all hours of the day/night. We have been watching you guys for about a year, and we actually moved here last month! You guys showed us all the wonderful places to go/things to do and we’re also living the camper life 🥰 Love your videos and wish you lots of prosperity!💗

Great tips.. On my list, Comfortable shoes for walking is #1, Staying Center strip is #2! Getting a car isn't worth it unless you want to adventure off the strip to Hoover Dam or Red Rock... Definitely check out the shows, don't plan on spending all your time in the Casinos! Book early and get great seats! Cheers y'all!

Take a day and walk up and down the strip. Take a look at free attractions. Don't get stuck in long lines if you can avoid them. Study the city as much as possible before you go. Look for budget package deals which include airfare.

We’re 98 days out from our first trip to Vegas!! We just got married a few months ago and we are so excited for this trip to Vegas. So appreciative for your advice and suggestions for newbies! We are most excited to see the Bellagio Fountains and will definitely take advantage of your suggestion to eat Mon Ami Gabi for the best view!❤

As a first timer to Vegas we decided to go with Encore at Wynn. Our trip selection was mainly based on getting as far away from Allegiant during a Raiders home game weekend. Mandalay Bay prices are downright unaffordable when the Raiders are at home. Proximity to Allegiant is important to keep in mind this time of the year. Those NFL games are notorious for creating excessive demand on certain weekends and should be considered when booking.

We went to Vegas for the first time in August 2022. There was so much we were looking forward to experiencing, but the number one thing was getting married! We do have a top 5 (other than our wedding), in no particular order:

1) Dinner at Barry’s Downtown Prime
2) The cabana we rented for our family and friends’ arrival.
3) The Venetian, particularly the gondola ride.
4) Exploring the stripe & the Casinos
5) The coffee shops we explored off strip-Mothership was amazing!

Your videos really helped us in planning an amazing trip. We cannot thank you enough for all the restaurant tips and inside scoops.

Newbie here and catching up on older videos. Even if this Spring 2023 will be our 6th trip to Las Vegas, always good to see tips for 1st time visitors to see if anything from our previous trips was missed. P.S. We stayed at The Mirage for our 1st trip and will see the Volcano for the last time when we return. We've been to Freemont Street, had dinner at Lago (Bellagio fine dining where you can watch the Fountains from your dinner table), seen several Cirque shows and name acts (Celine) but this trip will be our first staying in a timeshare on The Strip, as opposed to off Strip. We have been to the Conservatory, and the Linq Promenade, toured the Venetian Canals, ate at the Forum Shops, but not going to ride the High Roller (we don't do heights). Still, good to see tips to what we may have missed and would like to see (or see again) as this may be our last trip to Las Vegas in our lifetimes.

My first trip was right when I turned 21, so I was fascinated when I heard that they would give you free drinks as long as you were gambling. I could def drink more then than I can now.
